Title: This Workshop Will Put You to Sleep!
Do you have trouble falling asleep? Staying asleep? Feeling well-rested?

In this workshop, Lora will present information to help you address sleep difficulties in terms of sleep hygiene, nutrition and supplements. You will learn tools from yoga and meditation to help you sleep better, and, when all else fails, to reduce the impact on your day when sleep still doesn't go as you'd hoped. 

A two-part workshop 10:30-noon, February 3 & 10 at the Andover/North Andover YMCA. Dress comfortably for some gentle yoga and meditation practices.
